The use of hypnosis to assist relaxation during birthing has been widely used for decades and is now certainly a respected mainstream therapy.

What is relatively new is the development of hypnotherapy to assist women who are having difficulty conceiving.

HypnoFertility® has been developed by an Amercian team and I’ve enjoyed my training in this innovative programme.

Whether couples try on their own or use IVF, it is a stressful and difficult time.  This is particularly true for women.

I’m pleased to be able to offer HypnoFertility® as a strategy for reducing stress and assist women realise their dream.
