Creating new habits using Hypnotherapy


This morning I realised that there are only 49 days left until the end of the year.

I started thinking about where I was this time last year, and what I had hoped to achieve by now. It was quite a profound moment!

I have done some of those things, and others still need to be tackled. Luckily I still have some time left.

Later I came across a new email from Brendon Burchard, an inspirational speaker and writer that I admire greatly.

He was promoting his latest training programme which analyses the 5 daily habits of high achievers and teaches you how to get the most out of your life.

I thought I’d share those 5 habits with you:

  1. Become more expressive and explicit in communicating who you are and what you need, want, hope and dream for.
    People can’t know what you really want unless you tell them, so never assume they can!
  2. Get back control of your morning and life agenda.
    Set goals, make a plan for the day. Dont check your emails for at least 60 minutes. I must say thats a tough one for me to get used to.
  3. Achieve three tough things every day.
    Do three of those things you put off every day as its easier to do the small things.
  4. Ask for help every day.
    Today I have asked my computer guy for help as every time my phone rings so does my iPad!
  5. Evaluate situations from the perspective of your higher self.
    In other words how will this decision affect me and all of those around me. I find It makes making decisions easier and clearer.

So get clear and focused. You still have time to achieve those life changing goals you set for 2015.
