I’m excited to announce my upcoming Meditation & Visualisation Classes … This introductory 4 week guided meditation course will help bring deep relaxation and feelings of peace and calm into your life.
Meditation is a wonderful way to help reduce daily stress and anxiety.
The course will also include sound and vision boarding
I’ll be running classes from two locations:
Tuesday nights 6.30 to 8pm.
Beginning 9th April
Wednesday nights, 6.30 to 8pm
Beginning 24th April
