Its a great time of year to make real your ideal you!
Many years ago I managed to quit smoking – one of the best things I ever did for my health and well being. I know how hard it is, how much willpower is involved and the sheer daily struggle that is involved trying to kick an addiction like smoking.
After my success, I wanted to share some of the invaluable lessons I learned throughout my own difficult journey as I figured that if I can do it, then so can everyone else!
So I wrote a small, easy-to-read booklet outlining some of the ideas and techniques that helped me through.
As we are now settle into the new year and begin to prioritise our New Year’s resolutions, I thought I’d share some of those ideas over the next week that you can use to help kick start your own positive journey towards a more healthy positive life.
Remember: It’s only been a habit, and habits can be broken in 21 days.
