YES!! Lose Weight Through Hypnosis
Weight Loss is always a hot topic, and there is a myriad of suggestions as to how to drop the kilos. People are always asking what the best way to lose weight is, and yes, you can lose weight through hypnosis!

What is Hypnosis
Hypnosis has been practised for thousands of years and involves being induced into a relaxed and dreamy state of awareness. Unknowingly, you do it daily, have you ever arrived home after driving from work and wondered, how did I get here? You were operating on autopilot…that is a form of hypnosis.
A hypnotherapist is able to use a wide range of methods to transition a person into a hypnotic state. Once they are in this state, the hypnotherapists can bypass the conscious mind and tap into the subconscious area of your mind (more on this in another post). It is here that they are able to utilise the suggestive state of mind to instil positive thought patterns into your subconscious mind which allows you to change your habits, attitudes, and perceptions which alters your behaviour when you are back functioning in a conscious state.
For example, a client may want to stop binge eating but they are not able to do this by themselves.
