The Modern Trauma Toolkit – A Recommendation

I’ve just finished reading Dr Christine (Christy) Gibson’s book “The Modern Trauma Toolkit“, which, while being a great resource for practitioners is filled with loads of practical techniques including EFT, offers readers tools to manage emotional wounds and build resilience. I found it to be both informative and compassionate, making it a really helpful resource for those seeking a better understanding of trauma and ways to heal in a modern context.

And for further insight into Dr Gibson’s research and insights, I highly recommend this fascinating conversation between Dr Gibson and best selling author and clinical/health psychologist Dr Peter Stapleton, where she discusses her journey into trauma work and the importance of trauma-informed care in the medical field.
